I think it is hypocracy to not celebrate napoleon, napoleon may have tried to re-establish slavery, but every land in europe had slavery in the americas ta the time, And Britain tried to re-establish slavery in haiti, and succesed in some french colonies,so napoleon was doion niothibng amazing fro the tinme, and also chirac is visiting a state which still has slavery, anmd look at napoleon, he abolished serfdom and sharercropping in belgium and germany, and italy and spain, what about the bible it says slavery is good, what about french hkings of the bpast they all supported sending millions of slaves to haiti, only the jacobins ended slavery, i think the edn story of saying that napoleon was evil, will be for people to calim the revolution was bad, and for people who thibnk teh revolution was nad, they should stiop rewading, as without itm, britain would never have become a democracty, as it's l;eaders would not have been scared of the 1831, events, in britain, and france would not, so they would be illiterate, and serfs, and sharecroppers, there would still be milluion dead famines in france as there was in 1710, 1748, and 1770, therw would still be branding, there would stil be the law you had to kneal to your aristocrat, and give him half your income, i think it is hypocracy to opopose napoleon, without him, france would still be in serfdom, and if people want to be serfs they should move to mali, and volunteer as slaves
